Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

You may not use Humanecho to generate disallowed content, violate intellectual property rights, or circumvent security measures.

We may audit usage for compliance and will notify you of any material breach.

We provide 99.5% uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Credits may be issued if downtime exceeds the service level commitments outlined in your plan.

Humanecho is provided on an as-is basis. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
